Body Literacy
In today’s culture it is important that your child understands their body. Becoming "body literate" means:
1.) Learning to understand what our bodies tell us about what they need.
2.) Understanding how our bodies are designed.
3.) Understanding how we can serve not only our own bodily health, but also the health and well-being of others.
4.) Understanding how our bodies reveal God and as a result, the reverence due each human person.
